While we are not opposed to typical production practices of most larger farms, we feel some families like to have options. We just might have a better choice for you. Smaller farms have less biological pressure, so practices can be altered to work in harmony with our different products. Turkey manure is used to mulch our sweet corn. Sweet corn stalks are a summer time treat for our cows. Winter manure from the cows is used to fertilize the sweet corn and pasture. We use very little commercial fertilizer and do not feed antiobiotics to our cattle or use any growth stimulants. We prefer to sell our Turkeys fresh and our beef frozen(simply due to quantity). It's not majic, but it is more like the way our grandparents used to farm. Next on our list is chickens. We've got our own homemade chicken tractor!!
